You don’t need professional photography skills or equipment. Simply take a photo of your lovely puppy with your mobile phone, photo camera or use an existing photo. I will turn your photo into a magical pet cartoon artwork.

You approve it, we print it
Once you and your puppy have approved the artwork preview via email, we'll send it to print. We’ll print your one-of-a-kind pet cartoon using industry-leading techniques and printing equipment. Orders go through more stages of quality control once printed.

Quality check and delivery
Finally, we'll carefully package your order into a durable packaging with minimal plastic usage and ship it with a fully tracked shipping method via email and/or text. You can track your parcel all the way to your doorstep. Time to get excited!

What is the difference between a Digital portrait and a Poster?
Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?
Absolutely YES! All customers get to preview their artwork and request up to 2 free changes before printing. We'll email you once your preview is ready.
How long does it take?
Our average delivery times are currently 7-10 days from the order date. This includes about 3-5 days to create your artwork, and 3-5 business days to deliver via UPS, USPS, or Fedex after you have approved it via email. During busy times like around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Christmas, average delivery times can increase.
Please note that there can be unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, such as UPS or USPS temporarily misplacing your order, that may delay your order. I will do our best to help resolve these issues.
Also, we currently do not deliver to PO Box addresses, so please provide a different address for delivery if you currently use a PO Box.
Will I get a tracking number?
YES, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or sms.
Do you only deal with dog portraits and cat portraits?
Absolutely not! I take care of all types of animals! I'd LOVE to draw them all!
What if I am not happy with my portrait?
I'm 100% dedicated to ensuring you love your artwork!
Once your portrait is ready, I'll notify you via email. You have 3 days to either send us your edit requests, or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and will proceed with printing.
We're proud to offer up to 3 revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.
